PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, to which the buyer declares to adhere without restriction or reservation, apply to all sales concluded via the website https://cryptpeer.com.
Definition
By “Customer,” we mean the person wishing to make, or making, a purchase on the website https://cryptpeer.com.
We also call “Customer” the person who receives the package, even if he or she is different from the one who made the purchase.
CryptPeer® is a registered trademark of Freemindtronic®, an Andorran design office specialized in the design, development, and manufacture of counter-espionage solutions. CryptPeer® is marketed by FullSecure Andorra.
Freemindtronic® is an Andorran research and development company specialized in cybersecurity and security that designs, develops, and manufactures white-label technologies and products in various fields of protection and securing sensitive data and secrets.
1 – Introduction
FULLSECURE offers an online purchase service that allows you to buy CryptPeer® products available in stock and benefit from promotions, gifts, and exclusive offers.
Before placing an order, we invite you to consult the terms and conditions of sale that govern the purchase of CryptPeer® products on this site. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. If you have any questions about them, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
All our products and services are sold according to the EXW (Ex Works) Incoterm, which means that FULLSECURE’s sole obligation is to make its goods available at the factory gate on a negotiated date. The buyer pays all transport and customs costs and assumes the transport risk of the goods to the final destination as defined by the Customer.
FULLSECURE makes the packaged goods available at the premises of its company or factory. The Customer performs all administrative procedures related to customs and pays the associated taxes.
In principle, the Customer chooses the transport logistics: what type, what company, what “shuttle” transport (from factory to main transport), what main transport, and what types of insurance. All costs incurred are at his or her expense.
However, due to the constraints of mail-order sales via an e-commerce site and in the Customer’s interest, FULLSECURE acts on behalf of and in the name of the Customer and chooses a carrier to deliver the product. All costs related to shipping (logistics, packaging, preparation) are at the Customer’s expense.

3 – Agreement
3.1 Service Availability
When an order is placed on https://cryptpeer.com, the Customer is considered to be of legal age according to the legal rules that govern him or her.
The products offered are distributed in the Member States of the European Union as well as in other countries and territories. The complete list of countries and territories served is available on https://cryptpeer.com. Country management is at FULLSECURE’s discretion and this list may be modified at any time without notice.
Persons residing outside the countries and territories served cannot benefit from an online purchase service on this site if the delivery address of the order is not in one of the listed countries or territories.
3.2 Purchase Guarantees
The items offered on this site are products and services designed and manufactured by Freemindtronic® under the CryptPeer® brand and meet the same quality and manufacturer warranty requirements.
Each product is accompanied by the following information:
- Item name
- Product photo and description
- Dimensions, color*, weight
- Availability
- Technical characteristics
- Usage instructions
- Price in euros
FULLSECURE has made an effort to show product colors as close to reality as possible. However, on-screen color may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer screen. In this sense, FULLSECURE cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen correspond to reality.
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be valid until the date indicated on the website, or until stocks are exhausted.
Likewise, FULLSECURE does its best to ensure that the information contained on the site is complete, accurate, and correct.
The manufacturer’s warranty for products is offered by FULLSECURE. Consumer and user protection is governed by Article 35 of the Andorran Constitution.
FULLSECURE is responsible for product non-conformity defects that occur within five years of delivery.
3.3 Purchase Procedure
The products you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The cart will contain the reference of the selected product, the name, reference, and price (taxes included). The price does not include shipping, as costs vary according to the chosen shipping method.
The purchase will require personal data, which will be incorporated into our user database to process orders and facilitate new purchases via the website. Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The user can access his or her personal data and past order information at any time. FULLSECURE reminds users that personal data must be provided accurately to avoid any confusion or incident when shipping the purchased item(s). In addition, if the user expressly requests it, he or she will receive publications related to CryptPeer® and FULLSECURE by mail or SMS.
Once the purchase order is confirmed, the user will be presented with an order summary identifying the purchased item, the total price (shipping and/or taxes included) as well as the shipping method. The user must confirm by clicking on the “Confirm payment” button.
Purchases can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express) via PayPal, by bank transfer, or by check. No other form of payment specifically provided for in these Terms and Conditions will be accepted. Payment security is ensured by the relevant financial institution once it has verified that the data provided by the user is correct.
After confirmation of the transaction, a serial number will be communicated by the site itself so that the user can access this information at any time and from his or her computer.
In addition, an automatic order confirmation message will be sent by email to the address specified by the user with a description of the order and the personal data provided. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communication problem or a typo in the email address provided. In both cases, FULLSECURE recommends that users contact Customer Service. Likewise, a confirmation of product shipment will be sent by email to the user.
3.4 Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If, at the time the order is placed, we find that some of the products included in the order are out of stock in our warehouse, FULLSECURE will attempt to locate the item or order manufacturing. In this case, the Customer will be informed immediately.
3.5 Right Not to Accept an Order
FULLSECURE may cancel or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
- In the event of a technical failure and/or a typographical error in prices or other data contained on the site at the time of ordering.
- Lack of availability or impossibility of manufacturing as described in Section 3.4.
- When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- If there are reasons to believe that the user is a minor.
- If FULLSECURE cannot deliver the order to the specified address.
In this case, FULLSECURE will fully refund the amounts paid by the user.
4 – Price and Payment
4.1 Payment and Currency
The prices on this website are in euros.
FULLSECURE gives its users the possibility to choose the destination country when they start their purchases so they can see product prices. If the Customer changes the delivery address and the destination country is modified, the prices listed in the final order summary may vary.
For countries other than the Principality of Andorra, prices must be considered excluding taxes. VAT may be requested directly from the buyer by the competent authorities of his or her department, territory, state, and/or country (see Section 4.2 VAT).
Purchases are therefore invoiced in euros and payable only in euros.
The product prices indicated on the site do not include shipping and packaging costs.
The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of purchase.
4.2 VAT, Taxes, Fees, Customs Duties, and Others
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with the competent authorities the conditions for importing the purchased products in accordance with the law and rules of his or her department, territory, state, and/or delivery country.
Following a purchase made on the cryptpeer.com website, taxes, fees, customs duties, and/or additional duties (for example VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.) may be due by the buyer to the competent authorities or authorized intermediaries in the department, territory, state, and/or delivery country when the package arrives at destination, if the delivery address is not located in Andorra.
These taxes, fees, customs duties, and/or additional duties (for example VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.) related to the delivery of an item are at the buyer’s expense and are the buyer’s responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies of the department, territory, state, and/or delivery country concerned.
FULLSECURE is not obliged to verify and inform the buyer of these applicable taxes, fees, customs duties, and/or additional duties (for example: VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.).
To know them, the buyer must inquire beforehand with the competent authorities of his or her department, territory, state, and/or country.
4.3 Payment
FULLSECURE accepts the payment methods defined on the site such as credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or American Express) via PayPal, bank transfers, or checks.
Payment by credit or debit card
FULLSECURE accepts payment for purchases made via its web page with credit or debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express.
If the payment method chosen by the user is by credit or debit card, the debit will be processed online, in real time, via the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution, as soon as it has verified that the data is correct.
PayPal payment
FULLSECURE accepts payment processing via the PayPal system.
Payment by bank transfer
https://cryptpeer.com in principle accepts payment by bank transfer. This payment method may be withdrawn at any time without notice. The payment received by transfer to FullSecure’s bank must correspond to the exact amount of the invoice. All bank charges for issuance and receipt are solely at the Customer’s expense. For this payment method, Customers will receive the account number to make the payment. For reference, the Customer must indicate his or her order number and full name. The Customer has a period of three days from the date the order is placed to make the payment and provide proof of the transfer order. Payment will only be considered made once the funds received by FULLSECURE’s bank have become final, without any possibility of cancellation. If the deadline for proof of the transfer order is exceeded and/or FULLSECURE has not received the amount due, the order will be cancelled.
4.4 Payment Security
To ensure maximum security of the payment system, FULLSECURE uses secure payment systems from financial institutions at the forefront of e-commerce. In this sense, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the relevant financial institution. For payment with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, FULLSECURE transactions accept Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) with the international secure 3D protocol, distinguished by Verified by Visa, American Express SafeKey, and MasterCard SecureCode. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When you make payments via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies the credit card enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. It then connects with the issuing bank, which requests authorization of the transaction via a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be executed if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the “Secure Payment” system and to help prevent Internet fraud, FULLSECURE reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and to take all measures it deems appropriate (including order cancellation).
4.5 Purchase Limit
FULLSECURE does not authorize the purchase of its products for subsequent resale. Therefore, orders cannot exceed a value of 1,500 euros or contain more than 40 items. Customers who wish to make purchases above this amount or quantity for purposes other than resale must contact the Commercial Service. They will be informed of the various options to purchase and/or distribute the desired products.
5 – Delivery
The Customer must check, at the time of delivery, that the package is delivered by the carrier in good condition and that the product is not damaged. Otherwise, if the Customer accepts the delivered product, he or she must make a reservation on the delivery note. The Customer may also refuse delivery by indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery note. Otherwise, no liability can be incurred against FULLSECURE or the carrier.
Goods purchased on the website https://cryptpeer.com are shipped by local and international carriers. The product will be delivered within the timeframe defined by the carriers, who are solely responsible for delivery times. Based on our experience, delivery times can vary internationally between five and ten days from the shipping date.
In principle, carriers provide online services that allow Customers to track their orders and see at any time where the product is in relation to its final destination.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected shipping method and the purchased items. The exact shipping price is calculated to include each item in the shopping cart and will appear on the detailed page summarizing the purchase before the Customer confirms the order by clicking on “Confirm payment” and before entering payment data.
In principle, it will not be possible to deliver products to post office boxes or military bases.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice. This modification will apply from the moment the change is included in the help pages and the contract published on this site. In all cases, the applicable costs are those displayed at the time of ordering.
6 – Return Policy for New Products Not Removed from Their Original Packaging
6.1 Order Cancellation Conditions
The Customer has the right to cancel his or her order within 5 days following the order date, without justification.
The withdrawal period expires 5 days from the day the Customer purchases the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer must explicitly and unequivocally notify FULLSECURE (for example, by a letter sent by mail, fax, or e-mail) of the decision to cancel the order.

We remind you that you must not provide your bank card details by email, fax, or social networks.
Consequences of order cancellation:
In the event of order cancellation, FULLSECURE will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, if the product has not already been taken over by the carrier. Otherwise, the refund will be made after deducting delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the Customer’s decision to cancel the order when the product has not yet been collected by the carrier, or from the date of receipt of the product by the Customer. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the product. We will make the refund mentioned above using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
If the product has been delivered before FULLSECURE receives the order cancellation, the Customer must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date he or she notified us of the decision to cancel the order.
To return the goods, the Customer may, where possible, use FULLSECURE services, which will incur an additional cost for the Customer.
6.2 Refund
Once the products are received, FULLSECURE verifies that the product is new, unused, not soiled, not damaged, not handled carelessly, and that it is in its original packaging without damage, so that the product can be put back on sale.
The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 days after the return is received by FULLSECURE. Once the condition of the returned items is verified, the Customer is informed by email.
In the event the right of order cancellation is exercised, the period for returning the amount paid by consumers for the products is 14 calendar days.
Payment for returned items is generally made using the same payment method used during the purchase.
If FULLSECURE mistakenly sent a product other than the one ordered, FULLSECURE will, once the error or defect is confirmed, proceed with a product exchange. All logistics costs will be borne solely by FULLSECURE.
7 – Registration
The data provided by Customers during registration will be used only for FULLSECURE orders and to facilitate navigation and the ordering process on the site. In addition, with the Customer’s express consent, he or she will be informed by email of new products and services and exclusive offers from CryptPeer® and FULLSECURE.
FULLSECURE guarantees that the data provided by Customers will not be shared with third parties or companies outside FULLSECURE.
Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with Andorran law (15/2003) on the protection of personal data of December 18, 2003. We inform you that personal data collected during your purchase will be used within the framework of the customer file duly registered with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (AADP) (see Privacy Policy).

7.1 – PROMOTIONS / Discount Coupons
FULLSECURE issues discount coupons whose validity is notified. They are valid for one purchase per Customer and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. These coupons are exclusive to new Customers who have made their purchases online.
